Supreme Court and State Law Library Temporary Location Information
The Supreme Court of Kentucky's Capitol offices, the Supreme Court Clerk's Office and the State Law Library opened at their temporary home at 669 Chamberlin Ave. in late June 2025 after moving from the Capitol. The Capitol is closed for a multiyear renovation.
Court offices and the clerk's office are located in Suite A104 at Chamberlin. For questions, contact the clerk's office at 502-564-5444. The phone number remains the same.
All offices remained open at the Capitol through June 20. In-person case filings were accepted at Chamberlin as of June 23. Efiling was not affected. Deliveries via UPS, FedEx and other carriers scheduled for June 23 or later were required to be sent to the Chamberlin address.

The Circuit Court Clerk Conduct Commission will also be at the new location.
The State Law Library opened June 30 in Suite 100 at Chamberlin. It was closed to walk-ins June 16-27 and open by appointment during this period. The library's phone number remains the same - 502-564-4848.
