The Clinton County Judicial Center Project was authorized by the General Assembly in 2020. The maximum annual use allowance is $2.3 million.
The project is currently under construction and is anticipated to be completed in 2028. The Clinton County Judicial Center will be a two-story facility that houses all court services for Clinton County, including circuit and district court, the circuit court clerk’s office and statewide programs.
The Project Development Board (PDB) meets on the first Thursday of the month. PDB members include Ricky L. Craig, Jake Staton, David L. Williams, James M. Lawson, Jessie Stockton, Dr. Tracy Cross, Michael Rains and Nathan Collins. The Clinton County PDB selected Sherman Carter Barnhart Architects to provide design services and Codell Construction to provide construction management services for the project. Compass Municipal Advisors serves as the financial advisor.
