The Graves County Judicial Center was authorized by the General Assembly in 2022. The maximum annual use allowance is $1 million. The project is currently under construction and is anticipated to be completed in 2029. The Graves County Judicial Center will house all court services for Graves County, including circuit and district court, the circuit court clerk's office and statewide programs.
The Project Development Board (PDB) meets on the second Monday of the month. PDB members include Chief Circuit Judge Kevin Bishop and Madison County Commissioner Tyler Goodman. The Graves County PDB selected Integrity + Silling Architecture to provide design services and Codell Construction Company to provide construction management services. Currently, there is no assigned financial advisor.
