Court Schedules:
District Civil, Probate & Small Claims: Tuesdays (except fifth Tuesday), 11: 00 a.m.
Domestic Violence: Tuesdays (except fifth Tuesday), 10:30 a.m.
Juvenile: Second & Fourth Tuesday, 1:00 p.m.
Circuit Court: Third Thursday. Civil & Domestic at 11:00 a.m., Criminal at 1:00 p.m.
District Criminal: Tuesdays (except fifth Tuesday), 9:00 a.m.
Driver's Licensing: Effective July 1, 2022, all driver’s license services have moved from the Offices of Circuit Court Clerk to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. More at drive.ky.gov.
Payment Options: Cash, check, money order, credit and debit cards (fee applies). Cash required for bond. Pay online with ePay.
Parking: West side of building and lot at rear of building. Designated parking on west side of building for those with disability parking permit.
Drive-thru & Drop Box: East side of building.
Requesting Court Case Records
Circuit court clerks are responsible for managing the records of Kentucky's Circuit, Family, District and Business courts. The Office of Circuit Court Clerk in each county is the starting point for requesting copies of court records from cases in that county. Call or visit the office to access case records. For more information on obtaining case information, visit the Request Court Records page.
Depending on the type and age of a case, the court case record may be stored in the court clerk's office or at a record facility, or it may have been destroyed as authorized by the Kentucky Court of Justice's Record Retention schedules. If the court clerk states the court case record is being stored at a record facility and is available for public access, the court clerk will identify the record facility and provide the case and file locator numbers to assist with access and copies.
